There’s something so fleeting about this season of motherhood. The growing belly, the tiny kicks, the first time you hold them close, and the little fingers you swear are too small to be real. These are the moments that become memories way before you’re ready for them. And that’s where I come in.
I’ll help you document this beautiful, fleeting season and all of the little in-between moments you never want to forget, before they slip away and become nothing but memories.
You don’t have to know how to pose, what to wear, or what to do with your hands. Because that’s my job. From outfits and locations to posing and prompts, you can rest assured I’ve got you covered. I’ll guide you through the entire experience while leaving plenty of room for the moments that happen naturally, too.
The tiny details won’t always be this tiny, so let’s make sure you have beautiful photographs that bring you right back to it.

Maternity sessions are about more than just documenting your growing bump. They’re about remembering the season when it was just the two of you, waiting to become a family of three. Or capturing the excitement your children feel as they get ready to become big brothers or sisters, and the anticipation of welcoming a new little person into your family. They’re about celebrating this beautiful, changing body that has spent the last several months creating new life, and preserving the season before everything changes again.
Maternity sessions are ideally photographed between 29–35 weeks. This is the sweet spot when your belly is beautifully visible, while you’re still comfortable enough to move, enjoy the session, and soak it all in. I typically book sessions 2–3 months in advance, depending on the time of year, so I recommend reaching out sooner rather than later to make sure we have a date that works perfectly for you.
As a MIM client, you’ll have access to my personal location guide to help you find the perfect setting for your session, along with my private studio and client closet filled with beautiful, maternity-friendly gowns and dresses.

These early days can feel like such a blur, and they change so quickly. Your baby won’t always be this tiny, so I want to help preserve all of those little details and family memories that you’ll wish you could hold onto forever.
Newborn sessions are ideally photographed within the first 1–4 weeks after birth, while your baby is still in those sleepy, curled-up newborn days.
Because we can never know exactly when a baby will arrive (unless it’s a planned C-section, of course!), we won’t choose your exact session date until your baby is here. When you book, you’re reserving a newborn session spot. Once your little one arrives, we’ll finalize the exact date based on their arrival and how everyone is settling in.
I typically book newborn spots 2–3 months in advance, so I recommend reaching out during your pregnancy to reserve your spot, or booking your newborn session alongside your maternity session.
As a MIM client, you’ll have access to my private studio, complete with props, backdrops, a lifestyle setup, wraps, buckets, baskets, and more. You’ll also have access to my client closet for both mom and baby if you’d like to incorporate beautiful family portraits into your session.
And most importantly, you don’t have to have it all together.
Babies cry, feed, wiggle, and need to be held. That’s all part of it. We’ll slow down, take breaks when we need to, and let your baby set the pace while I preserve all of those beautiful moments in between.
Your only job is to love your people. I’ll take care of the rest.

This is where we make it yours.
After booking, you’ll receive access to my location guide and client closet so we can start planning all the fun details. We’ll talk through the vision for your session, outfits, location, poses, props, and anything else you’d like to incorporate so everything feels intentional and completely you.
Plan + Prep

If we’re shooting outdoors, I’ll keep an eye on the weather and make sure we’re good to go. I’ll bring any client closet pieces and props we’ve planned to use. For studio sessions, everything will be set up and ready for you when you arrive.
Then you can simply relax and enjoy your session while I guide you through the rest.
Session Day

Time to relive it all. Within 4 weeks of your session, your finished gallery will arrive in your inbox through a beautiful online gallery where you can view, download, and print your images.
Then you get to do the best part: look back at this season and remember exactly how it felt. Adorn your home with beautiful family mementos, and share it all with family and friends.

To secure your date and ensure we can provide you with the best service, we recommend booking as early as possible. For regular sessions, we recommend booking about 2-3 months out. That way you are able to choose the date that works best for you and have plenty of time to nail down location and outfit choices.
